Edit** I’ve been doing this along side Grow With Jo and cutting down my eating portions - no diet. And I’m down to a size 12 and went from 13stone 3 to 12 stone 9

Mum of 2 here, 9 months post c section and currently size 14. I’m going to start doing these once a day for the next 4 weeks…. Like my comment and I’ll genuinely reply an update ☺️

It will work on 7 days if you don't eat 🌝
With eating, and not starving yourself, it might take a month 🤠
