A good morning home workout to include in your morning routine that can be done in pyjamas. No equipment needed so can easily be done anywhere and very beginner friendly. Start your day by waking your body up slowly with these 10 gentle morning exercises.

This workout is suitable for beginners and all abilities as you can increase or decrease the speed that you perform the exercise.

I agree with other people commenting on how well-paced and edited your videos are. I never have to rush anymore trying to get the idea of an upcoming exercise. It's just a chill working out with you, no rush even if it's a difficult exercise. A huge thank you, Monika 🥰

Just found your channel yesterday, so far I have done 4 of your videos and actually finished them( I am someone who does not work out regularly, but wants to now) your videos are slow paced but feel extremely realistic for someone who is not a gym addict, and I finish feeling good! I plan on doing more of your videos every day. Thank you!

I have rheumatoid arthritis and if I exercise too long or too vigorously (which isn’t much these days), I get a bad flare and am in crippling pain for days and weeks. You challenge me and have greatly improved my physical stamina and health with your 10 min videos. I’d love more!
