I’ve been watching your videos for 2 weeks now and it’s crazy to see how many improvements I’ve made.

18/09 - Back from vacations, it's time to pick up pilates again. This workout was ok to begin with. Simple, no sweat. It's fine. Thank you Lidia <3

A challenge for me to do this for 4 weeks!
WEEK 1:
Day 1: My shoulder and thigh hurts only a bit. But I can definitely feel the burn!

Your workouts are my favourite that i have found on youtube, the longer ones really dont feel to difficult/intense, but there is still a burn and you feel so refereshed afterwards! big up from australia 🫶

Doing this everyday to see if i make progress:
Day 1: It was kinda hard, but i pushed myself through. I did this 3 times today and it became easier with every workout, let's see what tomorrow brings!

Day 2: I became sick so i only managed to do a workout in the evening. It was harder somehow but i think that was because i wasn't feeling too well.

Day 3: I did the workout with my bestfriend and it was so much easier! I'm starting to feel better and i'm more energized. I also like to go on runs in the morning! I can start to see some progress especially in my legs. See you tomorrow!

Day four: Found out i have covid so currently in quarantaine🥲 Feeling a bit sore, but it went way better. Started to see a little bit more progress!

Day five and six: Both days went Ok, just sad that school started again and i couldn't be there... Still pushing through but not seeing much progress yet.
