One word: AWESOME. i loved every bit of this video. I’ve been following and practicing with you ever since the pandemic started. I just realized how far i have come, after sustaining a wrist injury that left me unable to lift my arm and weakened my shoulder. I was able to go through all the moves except for 2: the upper body push up, and the camel pose. But i know that i will get there thanks to you. Love to you both for everything you offer us. ❤️❤️

I downloaded your new guidebook and I think it would be really great to make a series on the yogic diet, how to start, how to implement in your daily life, how to maintain it when traveling, what it is exactly….and so on. I want to start it but I’m at a loss on how to start that kind of lifestyle.

💕💕💕 needed this. All this extra eating around the holidays has me feeling bloated and sluggish. My body needed this push. Feeling better now. Im feeling ready to sweat it out again mid day I think.
I've been pushing myself for the last week to workout like this and I just haven't found the right flow online or off...BUT this was it!
