I cried at the end of this meditation. I never thought I would be doing yoga everyday. But I love how it makes me feel inside. I'm more positive. Thank you teacher for sharing this video.

Aug 10, 2023 Indeed this is my little rescue❤✨
I arrived at the mat and told Adriene—I always talk to her, lol—that I’m not feeling well and I need her help. Hearing her saying “let’s balance it out” made me realize that I chose the right practice. I had bouts of tears throughout the practice as I’m struggling with my healing process, but every time Adriene’s soothing voice, the sound of my breath, and my inner smile helped me reconnect with myself and find center again.
“I’m not my thoughts.”
“Not all my thoughts are my beliefs.”
“I choose to let go.”
“I’m patient with myself and I choose to heal.”
I kept repeating those words in my head, and I left the mat feeling a little bit better, a little bit more courageous to face my fears and heal my soul. Thanks, Adriene❤❤

You saved my life this morning. I recently lost my job and having troubles with marriage and kids, just a lot. Anxiety kicked into overdrive, however after watching just two of your videos. I'm at calm and almost peace with whatever life throws at me. You have a devoted follwer here. WOW. just WOW. Thank you thank you.

Usually this practice makes me feel really calm and reassured. But today, as I was imagining my ocean breath, I feel like for the first time my mind started to let go of all my thoughts and just focus on my breath. And for some reason, I started to freak out! My mind is never quiet or focused at all, and it scared the shit out of me when it was finally quiet. I almost started to cry. Even though it stressed me out so much, I feel like this is such a breakthrough. I never knew how people could just silence their minds, but turns out, if you keep at it long enough, you can actually do it. Next step is to not freak out haha, but you can't have it all at once I guess ;)

Day 27 complete I did this one with my brother and my dog. My dog sat in my lap while I did it today he is 60 lbs. 02/27/2024

I've been doing this meditation everyday for about a month. I've had anxiety for the longest and it really helps me find my inner peace. Natural remedies for anxiety are the way to go! Thanks for this meditation.

Awesome breath practice Adriene. That was what I needed today. I have more pain today, so I'm glad it wasn't a lot of moving, in this practice. It was soft, and gentle, returning to the breath. Thank you Adriene, it was perfect. See you again tomorrow. Namaste. 🙏❤

I sat on the mat at 2 in the morning after hours of being restless and frustrated with myself. I feel much better now after this meditation: "I choose to let go". Thank you Adriene. I´ll go back to sleep now.

This was really nice. I have a vivid imagination, and I often end up hurting my own feelings by imagining scenarios or situations that hold no place in reality. So the mantra "I choose to let go" is a wonderful reminder to me to cast aside those insignificant thoughts. Thank you so much!

"I choose to let go". Wow. So I have been struggling to stick with the FEB ADMIRE calendar as I have missed few practices but in my head I was like " I can do that anytime and makeup for that missed practice". True but I feel like I forgot the very purpose of why I started daily yoga which is to let go, at the end of each day all of the things which no longer serve me. In my head I started thinking that now I've missed some days then there is really no hope for making daily yoga a habit. So I'm glad for this short rescue remedy to reset my intention and pickup right where I left off. I love that we can always come back and rejoin the journey no matter what we missed. Everyone at their own pace and the most important thing is to really show up for yourself.❤

I enjoyed this meditation. The space between the breaths is, I believe, a touch of the Godhead, where we can potentially merge and lose ourselves in the creative force of the universe. It's like falling asleep but remaining conscious.
