Hey lovelies, thank you so much for joining me today for my mobility routine to recover faster from sore muscles. This routine is perfect as a morning routine, during the day, and after a workout. All exercises will be fluid movements to stimulate blood flow without exhausting our muscles, which will increase the recovery process. And in the end, I have a short "gratitude for our body's meditation" to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
Ensure to drink lots of water afterward and focus on 7-8 hours of quality sleep.
