It looks pretty easy to me Kait. 2 questions. 1. Can you show us how to breath properly during this exercise routine? 2. Is it possible to do this for me that had knee injury and surgery which made my leg shorter than the other?
I'm close to normal body weight now. 152cm. Yesterday at 58.4kg (the lowest I have ever been since decades). Began at 90kg early August 2019 😁 GW1: 55kg and GW2: 45kg

Thanks Kait for this video. I'm learning to exercise again. I wasn't able to do it when I was too heavy and in pain. The last time I was in sport's team was in 1995. So that was the last exercise I did. It has been 25 years 😅
