It's here! My new curated 6 week LOW IMPACT WORKOUT PROGRAM! This new workout schedule was created using some of my favourite and most effective low impact workouts from my channel. There are 6 workout sessions included each week which are designed to give you a well balanced weekly routine. No jumping in any of these workouts so your joints and downstairs neighbours will be happy!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
3 Low Impact HIIT circuits 40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds each

CIRCUIT 1
1. Deadlift squat & curl
2. Skate & press (right)
3. Skate & press (left)
4. Leg drop & crunch
5. Inchworm climbers

CIRCUIT 2
1. T-push ups
2. Lunge & curl (right)
3. Lunge & raise (left)
4. Hold chair pose
5. Leap frog

CIRCUIT 3
1. Skull crusher
2. Arnold push press
3. Side lunge & press
4. Plank tap combo
5. Crouching jacks

Here I am. I love all that workouts that are plenty of jumps, HIIT, etc that make you sweat and pray for the end. But my favourite are the low impact ones. I am a bit obssessd with form and to obtein the maximum of every single exercise, so this kind of workouts are perfect to nourish my obsseion. Thank you Heather, for another amazing series. 💪❤💪

You don't know how much I appreciate low-impact workouts! I have been dealing with chronic pain for years and can no longer do high-impact. But, I refused to stop being active. I enjoyed every part of this video and the few exercises I couldn't do were easy to modify. Thank you!

Dear Heather!
When all the gyms shut down at the beginning of pandemic I was searching for another work out option for staying in shape. I’m a mother of two, 48 years old, a burnt out critical care nurse with a hip injury. My husband had found your workout program on YouTube and that’s how I got into your program. 2 1/2 years later with a combination of yoga, your workouts and some diet modifications I feel as I am at top of my shape. Stumbled upon your channel over the weekend and have been using your workouts for the past 3 days. EPIC format - no motivational quips, annoying jokes - just good music and a nice preview of what's coming up next during rests. FABULOUS. And thanks for sparing my joints!! on days when you don’t feel like to workout, “low impact” workout give an impression of an easier and lighter option. damn, not only it got me moving, and i feel great that conquered it with such intensity. my favourite are alway those with dumbbells and kettlebell regards of their intensity level. thank you!

Would absolutely love to see a low impact program 2.0 and further.. I hurt myself last year, and this program was my way back into resistance training💜 I’m doing my second cycle through this program with upped weights, and wondering what to do next. My body responds a lot better to low impact! Low impact is also really popular right now in the fitness world.. think about it Heather😉😉
