Despite lots of medical reasons to have a regular exercise program, I usually characterize myself as “lazy and undisciplined.” Once I discovered this channel, and the tremendous encouragement of Daniel and the team, I am now exercising faithfully (5-6 times/week — my Fitbit loves it!). I am finally really appreciating my body for all it is and does for me every minute of every day. (PS ~ I am 77 and love keeping up you “youngsters”!)

Seriously, it has been years since I exercised. My life came to a halt after the death of my brother who was my best friend, really my best friend I would see him almost every single day and travel with him just do everything with him. This year I went on my husbands YouTube account and came across this channel and decided one day I need to make a change and for once I am realizing I need to live my life without him and I have to pull myself out of this hole. I can actually say you helped me, although you are not actually in my living room you make me feel like I can do this with no judgement and to be happy with myself. I have been faithfully doing these workouts almost everyday for the last month and I really am feeling good emotionally and physically. There is a kindness about you that is probably changing a lot of peoples lives. Thank you

2 months ago, a few days after my 35 birthday I was told I had hypertension and was at risk of a stroke...I am now down 25lbs and have more drive to succeed than ever. It’s all thanks to you. Thank you Team Body Project! Progress NOT perfection!

I've done many, many workouts over the years, and no one has inspired me as much as Daniel. He makes me want to push myself, where as other trainers have made me feel bad if I couldn't keep up or needed a break. I'm SO grateful for this program! ❤

I love how your exercises can be done in a small space plus its designed for an overweight person like me where movements are friendly - nothing too complex - but will definitely help in building strength (especially i have not done a single exercise for the past few years since i sinked in anxiety and depression-- i will start doing this daily. Watching this has inspired me and sparked something in me to start over. So wish me luck. These are exercises for real people... and not too intimidating. Thank you.

I just finished the 14-day Fabulous 50’s New You challenge from your fellow Aussie. Now I am ready for something more challenging. I have lost 50 lbs. on Weight Watchers and plan on losing 60 more. I am 68 but feel younger.

I've been exercising to Body Project videos for 2 months now and have so far lost 20 pounds! The workouts are fulfilling and I love the encouragement from the trainers. This particular workout was a nice change of pace, in that I really felt like I got a good workout without feeling breathless, as I still struggle with controlling my breathing during most cardio workouts. The resistance and control training was great and really helped me focus on where these exercises are improving muscle strength and endurance. Thank you so much for providing these workouts and encouraging people like me every step of the way!

This is my favorite workout from all your videos. I've been following them for about 5-6 months now (and with weights!), and it's really helped me adopt a healthier lifestyle. I have PCOS, so it's really difficult for me to lose weight, but I've lost a couple and just knowing I'm making some progress is such a wonderful feeling. Seeing everyone do their best even while struggling makes the whole thing feel more genuine and relatable, and Kristen, Tash, and Daniel's energy plus his speeches really help me get through every workout and keep me motivated. this man is so kind and motivating and pushes you without being condescending, the people featured on body project all have different body types which makes me feel validated. It really shows that you should move and work out because you *love* your body and not because you hate it. Every body is valid and every body needs some kind of movement to be healthy and that should always be the goal. When doing these work outs i sometimes fall behind and am so impressed that the poeple in the videos seem to just push through it very easily and gracefully, yet somehow I never feel bad about it because I consider them my friends and i am proud of their progress while they are surely proud of mine, too. All of them are amazing and powerful, love working out with them xx
