This Low Impact workout with dumbbells is going to help burn calories, tone and firm up and feel stronger. I will be using 10lbs dumbbells in these exercises just for your reference. There will be a timer as a guide for these exercises set for 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest. Take extra breaks if needed.
