Not for those with knee issues!! Wish I'd seen that you had a knee friendly work out first. I can see how this is a great low impact workout for those who don't have joint issues. This is especially hard on the knees with so many squat based exercises. It's quite hard on shoulder joints too.

Please do more 25 min low impact HIIT. They’re perfect when I don’t have time for a 45 min one without making any noise and it’s also great for when I want to do a HIIT workout with friends that are not used to it. :-) And thank you so much for your videos, they really help me reach my health goals!

Can I just note that I‘m doing this consistently with another workout for the upper body from Lucy Wyndham-Read. It’s fantastic. I keep coming back. Thank you a million times for this ❤️ I start to see results 💪 Ot took me a couple of weeks but I feel stronger every time. Maybe one day I’ll be able to do the harder versions of these

Make more low impact workouts please! And showing modified options helps too!! Sometimes I write out the workouts and watch them prior to doing them to see if I have to modify any workouts to low impact so I love these! Apartment style workouts lol

I did this on a recovery day bc it's low impact it was perfect! It didn't over exhaust me yet I was able to get some movements in and HR a little up. Active cal around 140. Perfect for active rest days or any day you're tired/sore :)

I absolutely love the combo of a shorter Workout + no jumping + no equipment + no repeat! It’s really the Ideal workout for mornings! Would be great to have more of these in the Future 🤗

I LOVED this workout, thank you! So easy to modify to any fitness level, no repeats so I could give every exercise my all, and it had me working on mobility, flexability, balance, coordinatiin, you name it! I currently have a recovering injury and this made me sweat and push without risk. Low impact interval training at it's best. This workout was so good I subscribed. ❤ More please!
