No equipment needed for this workout today so press play and let's sweat with a low impact cardio workout!
Today we are working for 20 seconds per exercise and we will complete 4 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next one. We're moving for short periods of work so make sure to work all the way through the work period and keep the work intense!
The objective is to stay moving, but of course if you need to skip an exercise and just breathe for a minute, please do that over leaving the workout. There is no equipment required this is simply a workout where we stay moving! Challenge yourself to get some steps in and let me know how you feel when we're done!
