Had been following the workout of these trainers everyday over the past 6 months.. lost close to 20kg with controlled diet.. their workout are interesting easy to follow.. thank you trainers.. 🙏

I’m 76 and I did it. It’s raining so I couldn’t do my 4 mile walk so decided to try this. It was great and I enjoyed it and had no problem. Thank you.

I got emotional at the end, the way he conveys the messages he want to get across is so uplifting and exactly what I needed to here. Second work out with these guys I'll definitely be back tomorrow

You guys were the first people that actually made me feel like I had the capability to work out and lose weight. I've never liked traditional workouts, or going to the gym because it was either one boring or complicated workout after another but you guys definitely keep me entertained, between the motivational speaking and assurance to take breaks, it let me see results (I sweat from head to toe after every workout, but I don't feel like I'm dying!) and I lost 2 pounds these past 2 weeks so I hope I could do more and become healthier.

5 weeks of workouts 6 days a week. 8.5 pounds down. The lost weight is a bonus to feeling my body get stronger. I have never worked out this consistently in my life! Thank you!

I've been struggling with depression and my general mental health lately, so at times, it's hard to feel like exercising is something that I /am/ capable of doing. Each time I think I absolutely can't begin, Daniel's reminder keeps coming back to me, that even if you march all the way through the video, you're still a winner, and that alone has been helping me to make that final leap to play a new video every time. :) I've been able to exercise to your videos every other day for a few weeks now, and I just wanted to share my absolute gratitude to team Body Project! Your messages and exercise plans are amazing! I'm so happy that I came across this channel 💕

The two of you have kept me in shape since the pandemic lockdown started over 2 1/2 years ago! Once lockdown was over, I cancelled my gym membership and kept working out with You! Thank you for making fitness available free of charge for everyone!

Just real people enjoying each other and enjoying guiding us with moves that we all can at least try.
No burpees, mountain climbers or moves that yoga pros can't do. Love each of the bodyproject videos.
Kudos to you for being able to realize we all aren't super bodies

It's crazy to think that I found your videos thinking ''Oh it's going to be like any other wokout videos where I feel like I can't keep up with those guys'' but absolutely not! A month ago i was admitted in hospital for some sort of Heart problem. When i got discharged, the very next day i committed to myself that i would workout daily. Lucky i was that i came across this channel. Since then i didn't miss my workout even once and i feel extremely healthy now. Don't think i could do it without this guy's motivation

You are an amazing combo of trainers. Daniel's energy, peptalks, struggles and sweats, feels closer to us on the other side of the screen. And Alex's technicalities, explanations and pushing, how to do it better. Moving and getting in shape with you is authentic, funny, motivating and you trully WANT to come back. hey guys 60 years old woman 50 pounds overweight. Started following you 2 months ago. This morning did this workout. HELL YEAH !!
