Vinyasa Flow Yoga to Strengthen Hamstrings: Recorded Live Class

This is recording of a live class I taught. Please start lying down in Shavasana.

In this class we:
- Take flowing, creative vinyasa to heat up the body and strengthen arms and shoulders
- Strengthen, tone and fire up the legs and glutes in standing balances
- Play with unconventional hamstring strengtheners using a yoga brick
- Do deep hip stretching at the end to stretch those hard working muscles!

You will need 1x yoga brick for this flow

Suitable for all levels except absolute beginners. Options given throughout the practice.

Hi James, since some weeks I learned to love your videos (first wrist-free, then -after healing- the others too). They are so great! And so helpful! And they made a big change in my life, because I am still quite ill (after a cancer -tratment still not able to go to fare-away-studio). To follow your wonderful poetic and wise flows is like an oasis for me... Big thank you, James! - I would like now to be paying member in in your online-classes. Is this still possible?
