Ok, Tim, I have always really loved your classes a lot, but these last few are getting way way better! So strong but still really mindful and just chock full of perfect cues. The guided shavasana is like dessert. Thank you so much. I would take any other classes like this several times over!

Yo Tim! I’m commenting on this post because I’ve always gone back to this one for a good ol’ sweaty workout. I had Covid about a month ago now and it’s been so hard trying to get my strength back. I was only doing about 20 minute vinyasa flows every other day, but These past month episodes have really shown me how far I’ve come since I got back on the mat. I feel stronger than ever and feeling excited for the next strength building videos! 💪🏼

We love the 30 day challenges, especially so because they bring you through specific basic building blocks, you manage to get full body into each day, and they're 30 min. The more we do them, the more we get out of them. Maybe a 30 day that builds to a specific challenging pose?
Also hoping CMC videos could be organized (or made searchable) by video length? That would be super helpful to find the video that matches that day's time allowance quickly.
