To those who complain Flo's advanced sessions are too hard: practise three times a week, and after a few months -- yes, that long-- they'll be more manageable They'll probably never be easy though. That's my experience, at least. Years ago, I started with Bryan Kest's videos. I couldn't do them at first but after six months I could do them well. I repeated them thousands of times after that, no exaggeration.

Flo I have an idea for you...You should start a podcast called "Squat Talk with Flo" where you interview interesting people and you both have to be in a yogi squat the entire time.

From 19:00 "Soo happy I remembered!" to 20:00 "That was FUN, wasn't it?", Flo is tough-love coach, philosopher, and motivational speaker — all rolled into one + a wicked sense of humour. I was laughing while protesting. And every time this video plays and you ask whether that was FUN, I hear groans from all over to world: NO!!! (But thank you for making us do it anyway). I'm going to come back to this one often!

My upper body strength is not great, never has been. And honestly sometimes I don’t like these classes cause I think “ it’s too hard”. BUT I’ve been sticking with them and trying my best to follow and do as many reps and such as I can. I can feel my strength changing! So thank you for giving us classes that are on all levels but that still push us past the comfort zone!

My strength has really improved thanks to you - I have been doing the intermediate classes for a couple months and expected this to be much harder to get through. The way you have staggered these classes from beginner through advanced is really helpful!
