Join Flo for this slow Breathe and Flow yoga class! But don't get fooled, this is not an easy class but instead a strong vinyasa flow. We're holding poses for at least five breaths, sometimes even over one minute. This allows to really enjoy each shape the body is in, connect to the subtleness of the physical and really breathe deeply, fully focused while you're in each shape.

Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. Bre and Flo are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with Yoga Alliance® holding certifications as RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and are also Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Providers (YACEP). They are trained in vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, myofascial release therapy, reiki, prenatal yoga and are certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 and 2, as well as certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialists. Bre and Flo have taught at several premium yoga studios in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years and are teaching their retreats, workshops and at festivals around the world.

I remember doing this class for the first time about a year and a half ago, maybe two years. I kept falling out of poses and I was mad at Flo for talking so much. Today, for the first time after practicing so much for the past two years, I did this class to the fullest, kept my cool, smiled in all the places that I'd get mad before and finished calm and grateful. There's really nothing else like yoga in this world!

Your endurance is truly inspirational. Even when my glutes are screaming for ALL of my attention your voice comes in calmly reminding me that the struggle is an illusion and the real struggle is maintaining breath awareness. Thank you for all the content - keep on shining your light.

"You are not smarter than your body" wise words. I feel like slowing down let me really explore my drishti (focus) more and really feel all the muscles I use for each pose, especially the balancing postures. Thank you for a great class 🙏🏻

woah this class kicked my butt and I loved it! I was disappointed in my self when I kept falling out of the poses many times but my set intention was self-love so I continued to remind myself that it's ok and to push through

Didn't get fooled at all! He's not wearing all black so i suspected something...
Great flow, thanks for it. For me, holding long poses it's one of the best ways to train the mind and keep focusing on the breath.

I absolutely love this class! It forces me to really focus on my breath instead of waiting for the pose to end (which is usually what I do when the flow is more fast). More of this would be amazing! Namaste
