This is a 5 minute yoga stretch routine offering a full body stretch. The stretches within this class will help you release tension within the entire body. This is a great 5 minute yoga stretch to help balance out the days activities. This can also be used as a 5 minute morning yoga routine or a 5 minute night time routine to help offer relaxation physically and mentally.

thank you so much for this! I actually can't enjoy yoga since most poses where I have to stand and put my head lower than my heart doesn't help with my heart condition and it immediately takes away oxygen from my head and I either faint or experience extreme lightheadedness, however, yoga helps relieve my anxiety so I wanted to keep doing it. This is by far my favorite yoga video and this has helped me a lot. I feel so relaxed and calm while still being aware and thankful of my body. This did wonders for me, thank you so much!

I’m challenging myself to get back into yoga. I’ve done this video for nearly a week. I’ll progress to add another one on top of it until I’m at a 20 minute plus yoga practice. Eventually I’ll get to just doing one long one but baby steps. I don’t feel right without these 5 minutes to myself and I feel more flexible already just by being consistent over the last week. Imagine how much progress I’ll have in 30 days, 60, 90… Thank you for this💖💖💖

I am a 14 year old with a lot of body issues because I live in a very stressfull household and I don't go to school because of severe anxiety but I feel so good after doing this this was my first time trying yoga and I will absolutly try to start doing yoga more often I feel much better now🫶
