Try this quick 5 minute yoga stretch and flow anytime of the day to feel incredible! Use this yoga class in the mornings as a pick me up and to shake out the nights tension or use it in the afternoon or evening to release the days tension and prepare for a better nights sleep. This all levels 5 min yoga sequence offers some of my favorite gentle stretches and movements to help release tension, improve focus, peace, calmness and bring in more oxygen. As always remember to skip any poses that don't feel right and to modify if needed.
