Ally, this is my first time commenting, but I have been using your yoga nidra meditations almost daily and sometimes more than once daily. I have tried many others and can say you truly have a gift for this work and I am grateful to witness someone so pure and aligned with their calling. Much love!!!

As someone living in what people could consider poverty -- I am rich and abundant with love and peace in my life, but I still feel the effects of socioeconomic factors in my life -- it feels vindicating to succeed against the odds, by receiving the gifts of generous people like you, Ally.

So many facts point to misery with my life situation, I read more than once that without the means to pay a good therapist, I would be hopeless -- but I refused to give my power away to those circumstances and researched what I could do by myself, for free.

Discovering Yoga Nidra was one of the greatest things in my healing journey (severe CPTSD to the point of being bedridden for years). I wouldn't recommend it in the earliest stages -- just laying there without distraction and letting the body do its thing is pretty harmful in the early stages -- but I crawled my way to this point where I feel enough of my body again safely to reap the benefits of this practice.

Thank you so much for helping people with no money to spare. This is lifesaving.

Thank you so much for providing us with these practices. I do yoga nidra on and off - today I WAS having the most stressful day - at work and in my personal life. I felt like I couldn’t catch a break.
After this short practice I’m wondering why I’ve recently stopped practicing haha
I no longer feel so overwhelmed like I’ve felt for the last 9 hours lol
