Do this 5 minute yoga class to help relieve back tension and general back pain. This quick yoga class incorporated the 6 movements of the spine (Flexion, Extension, Rotation right and left, Lateral flexion right and left) to help increase mobility, flexibility and release tension from the back. Back stretches are a great addition to your morning routine to help you feel your best for the day ahead. You can also benefit from stretching your back midday or even before bed so you can sleep more comfortably at night.

…I stayed because the jazz(my favorite music)and I was glad, the yoga sequence was just perfect, quick, easy, relaxing when you got no time, but got to move things anyways 🙃
