Wow, it's nice to see someone teaching about stretching while respecting our bodies; most of the people who teaches about stretching don't even consider nor respect the fact that you may not be able to do what they tell you to do. Nice!

I feel opened up, but some of the leg folding is kind of hard when you are plus size.  I will not give up and will continue until successful.  Thank you for the vid

I just want to thank you for your videos. I'm obese and most online videos I can't do. But you're always aware of how different people may need to modify different stretches or poses and you always remind me that it's ok to need those modifications. I feel good after doing your workouts. Thank you.

I did this stretch routine for the first time about 3 or 4 years ago and I keep coming to it. It feels wonderful every time. Definitely one of the best stretching videos out there. Thank you!

I just wanted to share this because for the first time i actually released some emotion from the hip opening stretches.
I did the first hip (the one leg crossed over the other side of the body) and had pain in my stretch as is normal, and then i went to the other side and this hip was much tighter than the other. As soon as you said the words "we store a lot of emotion in our hips- especially women-" i began to cry! for what reason- I have no idea but it felt amazing to release this negativity out of my body which felt as though it had been there a while. I did not break the stretch at all even though i really began to sob and afterwards i even feel spiritually better and clear-minded. Thank you so much. I find that you, so far, are a yogi that is not as focused on the rigidness of the pose, but of what the pose does for your spirit and mind as well. Thank you a thousand times. :) Namaste!

Thanks Cindi, you remind me of when I used to stretch with my kids when I coached gymnastics it was like our bonding time and we all felt better after. I had the tightest, most miserable back and legs today until I did this. I am so grateful for you and for these stretches, forgot how enjoyable it is to stretch and breath into your muscles and spaces. Trying to go back to coaching, it was better for my soul and body.

i wish cindie still made yoga videos. I adore adriene but cindie was the first teacher i had back in the day that actually got me into yoga and i love her energy. Adriene's videos always make me feel calm, but after a year long injury that's just been misery, cindie is the one i turn to to help me feel happier.

I am so proud of myself. I did the full workout, and I have never done yoga before. I feel relaxed, my legs are trembling a little, but all in all I feel amazing. I find this a very useful video for dead beginners like myself. Big thumbs up from me!

This is an amazing stretching routine. I literally felt like screaming, then punching something, then crying, then laughing during the hip stretch depending which side I was on. Who knew that women store a lot of emotions here!

Don't really think this is for beginners, maybe intermediates. I'm a true beginner to flexibility and yoga (can't touch my toes/cross my legs) and it was too intense for me. Any other videos someone could recommend for me?

I've started trying out different yoga routines this week and I've done this one today, I am 28 but stiff as if I were 82, so it was hard but none of it was undoable because I could just do what my body let me. I will definitely revisit it! Also I like how happy you are, I can really see you enjoy sharing it.
