The shoulder cue on the laying chest stretch was so key! Helped me get into that stretch deeper and more efficiently.

This mobility flow was just what I needed after doing kettlebell swings, goblet squats, and deadlifts! The cat-cow movements and chest openers felt good. The foam roller is perfect for releasing tension. Of course, I started and end my day with breath work!

I came back to this upper chest and spine flow the next day. I learned to keep my shoulder off the ground. I rolled my shoulder back, lifted it off the ground, and I felt the difference. I love the Pec stretch and I feel so great afterward.

I love your explanations! Sometimes I feel so confused trying new stretches because they just don’t feel right but yours are broken down so well! I’ve really developed a greater appreciation for my body and the different types of movement by following your challenges!

At the moment I am in recovery from a Lisfranc injury (ORIF 4 weeks ago), so this is great for me! I don’t give my upper body enough love and I can actually do this! Thank you!
