As a beginner, something I struggle a ton with when trying to find mobility routines is they’re always labeled as “simple” but you quickly learn they’re simple to the creator, but for someone who has never done them before, they are confusing, hard to follow, and leaves you super unsure of what things are supposed to feel like or if you’re doing them correctly.

This is the first video that genuinely was easy to follow along, you explained everything perfectly! Can’t wait to incorporate this into every morning now.

Potentially my new favourite follow along routine now - love your work so much! Also, yoga teacher here, my understanding was always that arched back is Cat because it’s how an angry cat looks when they gear up for a fight - the belly drops in Cow to look like the cow’s udders ✌🏻

I’m not typically ever able to find videos fitting to my goals but this was amazing. I’m glad I was able to find something that worked after struggling with a different content of mobility. I feel more encouraged and enjoyed myself. I also find that when I’m doing reps or try to track where I’m at out of the 6 for each i count starting where I’m at. Example 123 223 323 423 525 623 when I hold for three seconds it keeps me on track

Did one of your shorts the other day ‘lubed up hips’ I think.. had bad sciatica last year, got better but never really went away, still had tingling and numbness in left leg, your vid popped up and I just thought I’d give it a try …..massive twang in left leg doing last excercise, all sciatic symptoms gone almost instantly… can’t thank you enough xx Cheers Adam xx
