I watched tons of workouts online but I only liked lucy's so much! It helped me lose weight and be confident again... After I gave birth to my 2nd, I decided to get back in shape. I started in May 2019, I can't seem to find an exercise I love to do but good thing... I found lucy's channel and been working out watching these since august 2019... Good to see new videos uploaded!

I had joined gym for 1 month. And trust me, those people couldn't keep me hooked on to working out for even two days after I left the gym. And you? You have made me ADDICTED to working out. I can't imagine not waking up in the morning and doing your workouts! It gives me a sense of accomplishment. My day feels super incomplete if I don't.

I promise you, my trainer, I'm gonna keep myself healthy and workout at least 6 days a week even when I reach my goal weight (actually I don't care about weight. I love the shape that my body's achieving every single day with the progression. 1.3 miles and 140 calories burned which is on the low end because I did work out yesterday and today is rest day but I HAD to do this new one. ❤️❤️so fun.

I started doing this yesterday morning and night and I like how the intensity slowly increases and how motivating lucy is. I've been trying to lose some weight this quarantine and I think I'm going to continue doing this daily.

As 77 approached I realised I was slowing down a bit. Came across Lucy's video and gave it a try. Within a week I was with her step for step. Such a good workout without wearing me out but I was definitely out of breath by the time we'd finished. More to the point it was fun. Without music and Lucy's explanations it was so easy to concentrate. Love it.

Another great workout!! I've been doing a mix of your routines (lose a dress size, 2 arm workouts, 1 ab and booty workout) each morning and was looking for an afternoon routine to round out my workouts. This is perfect! I'm going to be 60 this May and I've been doing some type of exercise since I was 21. Looking forward to adding a weight routine soon.
