I love to do these exercises. I'm 62 yrs old. I am doing along with you for the past, one month. I am in early spondylitis. I get gas retention at my lower back on some days. Any other exercise to relieve from this Natashaji . I am a fan of you. I am very brisk after doing the above workout.
