Grab a kettlebell and join me for this awesome 25-minute full-body kettlebell HIIT workout. We'll focus a lot on kettlebell swings, and as we progress, we'll advance the swings. But don't worry-if you find it too challenging, you can always revert back to the previous exercise!

This kettlebell full body workout is a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) session, and HIIT is intense, so brace yourself and try to keep up! We're doing 2 rounds, with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest per exercise.

This is a full-body workout, so expect to break a good sweat by the end. I've designed it perfectly to build fitness, strength, and all-around conditioning. It's also a great workout for weight loss, as you'll burn a lot of calories!
