day 1 - IT FCKING HURTS LIKE HELL BUT I LOVE IT!!!

As for this workout, i feel like my arm size is still the same (i havent measured it since day 1 and im just looking at it for basis of change lmao), maybe because i'm not changing what i eat altho i eat lesser than before and im only doing this once a day, but i guess it wont really take 2 weeks to have slim arms, i gotta work on it for monthsss and i'm excited to see the result for that. It's okay to take breaks but i noticed that after i stop doing this exercise for only a day, the next day feels more painful and when i do this consistently i feel less pain, consistency is the key!! goodluck to my future self, and to my self from day 1, im happy u did this!! mwah!!!

Update: Hey guys as what you can see here I'm not doing this everyday now, I got quite busy and the great news is that I FINALLY GOT TO SEE THE FRUIT OF MY HARDWORK!! My arms look really thin now and IM INLOVE WITH THE RESULT. I'll be enjoying my time as of now and explore other workouts that I could suggest to y'all. This is such a wonderful journey and I feel so so appreciated with your replies in this comment. I've never felt this warm of people's positive comments, you keep me goinggg. I will still do this exercise but i dont think im gonna be this consistent as of the moment. THIS WORKOUT WORKS IF YOU MAKE SURE IT'LL WORKS. Just keep going and let time show you the result!!

guyss omg this works🙏🏼 i had alot of arm fat specifically at the top of my arms and doing this pretty much every night really showed a difference! Even if you aren’t consistently doing it everyday, a couple times a week still helps. I recommended taking a picture of your arms before you start doing it so u can go back and see a before and after like 2 weeks of this workout.

hi! usually i don’t comment on workout videos but this is working so well for me that i decided to update, i started with my left being 34cm and my right being 34.5cm, i’ve been doing this and only this for about a week-10days now and my left is 32cm and the right is 31.5cm!! i’m so happy with my progress already <3

hi!! im starting so i can get slimmer before school, please heart this so I can remember !
im doing this along with april han's thigh gap workout and lilly sabri's waist workout, and a few hand and nose exercises.

day 1 = ✔the burn was so good!! i drank 2 litres of water along with doing the other workouts and i mentioned, ill update tomorrow
