Weekly Live sessions!!!!

This is a follow along chest workout that will take you 5 minutes to LIGHT YOUR PECS ON FIRE! We all know you have at least 5 minutes in a day that you are free to get to the gains! This at home workout for chest growth only works if you will! For the best results, repeat this workout for 2-3 sets. If you can only get through it one time, that's no problem, keep working at it until you're able to knock it out the park! Let me know how you love this home workout!

Especially in today's world, a quarantine workout like this can give you some relief and a way to escape! I know only 5 minutes sound easy, but this will be one of the best 5 minute chest works you can knock out!

At home we have to remember we still have our body weight to use to grind!

1. You Can Strengthen Different Muscles at Once
When you do a push-up rep, you are working multiple different muscles at one time. Push-ups help strengthen the following muscles: Chest muscles, Shoulders, Triceps, Bicep, Upper back muscles
Also, because you must maintain proper form throughout the push-up movement, you’ll have to keep your core engaged, as well as your hips, and leg muscles. If you’re searching for an exercise that will strengthen both your upper and lower body at the same time, the push-up is an excellent one to add to your routine!

2. You Can also Modify Push-ups to Suit Your Needs and Fitness Level
The good thing about push-ups is they come with many variations. You can modify how you do push-ups to suit your current needs and fitness level. You can make them harder or you can make them easier. Wide, decline, incline, explosive, handstand, etc. As you get stronger, make them more difficult.

3. Strengthening Your Joints and Bones too
Push-ups is not only for strengthening muscles; they can also help you build your body’s supportive structures. Because push-ups are a movement that involves the elbows and shoulders, doing push ups on the regular will help strengthen those joints over time.

4. You Can Support Your Cardiovascular Health
Push-ups can also get your heart rate up. Pushups are primarily for building muscular strength, push-ups will also help to support your cardiovascular health. Remember, push-ups are a full body engaging exercise, so this means your heart will get some work to pump enough blood and oxygen to circulate throughout your body.

5. You Can Burn Calories to Lose Weight
If you want to lose weight, doing exercises to increase muscle mass throughout your body a faster metabolism is also a bi product of this. Burn more calories!

FAQ: How to get abs, bigger chest, at home, how to get six pack: workout helps, but you must also be aware of what you're doing in the kitchen! Will this home workout help! My answer is always yes, IF YOU WILL! Once again, keep in mind your diet must match your goals!

For those wondering if this works, it does but it’ll take time. I’ve been doing these since February and now it’s May. My chest has gotten noticeably bigger and I’ve gotten stronger. The only way to feel and get results is to be consistent. Since starting I haven’t made an excuse or missed a day to work out. It’s boosted my confidence a ton, and most importantly my self esteem is at an all time high. I recommend doing these if you’re just starting to build up strength. I can’t really diet to get the fit look but it’s under all this fat man😂 but I’ve gotten stronger so when I can go all out I know I can push myself to a physical limit I never had before. Keep pushing, you got this💪🏾💪🏾

ME: 5 mins? How hard could it be? I'll shave afterwards.

Great work fam, I needed this after breaking my neck back in July. Now in recovery and starting all over. Can't lift weights over 25lbs for about 3 months and it's going to take up to a year for the new bone to grow back in. I needed some body weighted exercises I can do at home. I salute! Grace, peace, peace, peace, blessings and prosperity to you and everyone who reads this message, I love ya'll, let's go!

I’ve been doing it this and his ab workout, so far started keeping this to see how long we can continue and until the benefits come in💪🏾
Day 1 Definitely hard✅
Day 2 Little bit sore in my chest✅
Day 3 Rest❎
Day 4 Rest❎
Day 5 Gotten easier✅
Day 6 Much easier✅
Day 7 I can get through most of them for much longer✅
Day 8 Same as day 7✅
Day 9 Rest❎
Day 10 I feel like I’m a a lot more stronger now✅
Day 11 I got a lot of reps done today✅
Day 12 I felt really unmotivated today but I pushed through not gonna stop once I’m this far✅
Day 13 Great day it felt awesome doing it✅
Day 14 Rest❎
Day 15 Not too different✅
Day 16 Starting to see and feel more gains in my chest‼️though it’s not a lot something is definitely there✅
Day 17 Only did half today because my chest felt really sore☑️
Day 18 Much better today felt easier and more worth it✅
Day 19 Pretty good day my chest feels like it keeps on getting bigger✅
Day 20 So far the workout has been very effective my chest looks more swole and defined so if your paranoid about starting this just do it and quit wasting time‼️✅
Day 21 Rest day❎
Day 22 Coming back from rest my chest looked more bigger and defined and workout went smooth✅
Day 23 Not much of a difference✅
Day 24 Chest feels overall bigger✅
Day 25 I got so many reps done today it was crazy✅
Day 26 My chest is noticeably bigger✅
Day 27 Rest day❎
Day 28 My Chest honestly feels more toned✅
Day 29 Not bad today felt like I got more reps in✅
🔥Day 30 ( 1 Month!!) This workout has been really effective for the last 30 days, at first its going to be very difficult and you might cramp a bit, but I promise if you stick through that you are going to see results.✅
Day 31 I'm gonna continue doing this until I return back to school, today- Felt great and my chest feels much lighter today (Lighter as in the workout was much easier) so I got a whole lot more reps in✅
Day 32 Rest day❎
Update - Im done with this workout for now as I think doing any more of this wont change my chest too much from what it looks right now. Review - This will start and feel hard asf at first but as you continue it gets increasingly much easier, the gains are great it will defenitely make your chest bigger/swoler and your chest will be much stronger than it was before. I recommend doing this once per day as doing anymore will destroy your chest so there wont be as good of gains, rest every 4-6 days or so and I didnt rlly do any diet for this but you know eat healthy food. Thanks for the time guys and good luck on your chest gain journey.

After being lazy and not workout for years, i decided to change my life and start to do something with my body. I found this video and was like "ohh, looks pretty easy, im gonna do it."
And holy sh*t. I died in 5 minutes. I was laying on the floor like a sweaty sponge screaming for help. The funny thing is, i wasnt even able to do 30 seconds normally like in the video, LOL! But hey! Thats not important. The important thing is, everyone starts somewhere.
Thanks for the video man!

Just tried this workout today. The hardest and longest 5 minutes of my life. My chest is burning and so pumped up. It was so hard but it's the sweetest pain I've ever felt. Will be doing it on a regular basis. Can't wait for tomorrow.

I'm into week 5 of doing this and your ab workout everyday and no matter what those negatives and standards never get easier lol
I love that you added in at the end that even you still always feel the pain after this workout.
Makes me feel confident in myself that even if this doesn't get easier on me, I'm still going to continue to consistently follow through with your workouts no matter what.
You're a life saver during these lockdowns BullyJuice
