1:15 exercise 1: squats
2:55 exercise 2: push ups
4:25 exercise 3: mountain climber
5:33 exercise 4: lunges
7:05 exercise 5: jumping jacks

I film all my workouts and do them around 5 times per week. They range between 5-30 minutes! I love exercising, it makes me feel so good!

I was on intermittent fasting since 17 October 2020...i have included this exercise from 20 November...i have almost lost about 24 kg in 4 months..

*Points to keep in mind -*
*Don't start exercising if you're not used to it, you will hurt yourself. (Experience)*
*First Warm up !*
*Plus if you have weak knees then don't push yourself too much.*
*You can start doing push ups against the wall first if you're a newbie.*
*Make sure to stretch your muscles first.*
*I think you can do the forth exercise if you don't have knee problem, go slow and steady.*
*Jumps are really easy, but they strains your energy fast, so take break and repeat, choose your goals and start according to your body strength.*
*Consistency is the key ! Good Luck !*

Been doing this routine since 2018. It helped tone and maintain the desired weight with so much convenience. I included 50 second plank in though. ❤️
