I’ve been doing this workout for about 3 months now. All I can say is woah! My arms definitely got slimmer and my waist is very toned. My family noticed how much my upper body changed. i’ve been doing this workout for 3 months and i love the results! i had a little soft tummy and in 3 months i have some serious visible abs right there and my arms definitely got stronger. ngl it was SO hard to stay consistent but now it’s a routine. thank u emi <3
