4 Minute Perfect Abs Workout For Men Over 40
Perform each exercise for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other.

1. Lying Hip Thrusts 1:14
2. ButterFly Crunches 2:13
3. Plank HIp Dips 3:13
4. Abs In and Outs 4:13

What a life-changing decision was for me when I clicked on this link it was 4:00 a.m. in the morning I am 46 years of age and I have been monitoring my health I've been bicycling and working out. Surfing the web I came along this link and I have religiously been doing these exercises and it has changed my life my health my relationship. 54 and tired of being tired and fat. Doing free weights for a few weeks and, while feeling much better I still felt like my mid section needed help. What a great instructional vid. Loved it. Just finished my first one and can't even still shaking, but I definitely feel my abs NOW. Thanks for the upload.

Gonna start these tomorrow morning. Im 47 as of today Ive lost 40 pounds so Im an even 200 at 5'11". Time to get this old body into shape. Thanks for posting this its got me motivated.

I confirm that these exercises actually work.. I use the first one mostly, but I know of all 4.. and they all really really work.. do it for a week and you'll see.. btw one of the best workout video yet.. 👌

Just finished my first attempt. In recovery from a debilitating back injury that had me disabled for almost 5 months. It worked very well & I was able to get thru it. Definitely feeling it. Good lookn out on the over 40 workout. I am barely over 40 but the struggle is real.
