Going to try this out.
Day 1: Instantly after doing the exercises i feel my back straighten.
Day 2: Not seeing any changes, but thats expected. Its only the second day. Otherwise after the exercises i feel should i put it. Its wayyy more comfortable to straighten my back than to stay hunched over.
Day 3: No changes, none that i can see at least.
Day 4: skipped out cus i didn't have the time
Day 5: Im not sure if i seen changes, i keep convincing my self there is, but at the say time i feel my eyes are just playing tricks on me.
Day 6: I see small changes, it seems i got used to the exercises and no longer have that feeling of straightens, or maybe i did the exercises sloppy today
Day: 7: nothing to note
Day 8 : i looked at myself in the mirror and definitely saw some changes, my back looks slimer than before :)
Day 9: skipped out because i had plans
Day 10: even after skipping a day, i still feel as if my back is slimier, i thought that its the same as it used to be and was just convincing myself to see a difference
Day: 11 : Did the exercises at night so cant really say anything
Day: 12-14 : This exercise is affective, having seen results im going to continue doing this exercise, tho im no longer going to update.

In conclusion this exercise is affective and my back has gone slimmer I have seen changes, going to continue 👍

I started it since December 30th and honestly, I see a bit of changes. I don't check myself on the mirror very often, but I feel like my posture has been better lately and even tho my back muscles still feel la bit tight, I feel better than before. I will continue to do this routine with some dancing in order to improve my posture and lose weight :3
Edit: 15/march/2023: I visited this workout again. After a week or 2 of doing it, my posture still looks the best it can be. I know people are looking for a slim back, but I think a good posture is better than that :]

I started this exercise at the beginning of the year as a new year resolution to make my body look better than last year, I completed 2 weeks and It worked! I posted a comment after 3 days that I can already see changes, now, yesterday I even got comments from my friends that I look slimmer and my back and shoulder looks better. Thank you so much!
P. S. I did this once every morning, just 3 mins for 14 days and it worked

I've done this for 2 weeks now. It's much easier compared to the others. My back is now even slimmer and I can see the difference when I look in the mirror. Thank you for this video!

Remember to do this everyday. Achieve your goals. In a long run, you’ll have a good posture and a healthy habit. STOP BEING LAZY! You can do this self!

ive been doing this workout 2x a day for a few weeks and this has removed a lot of my stubborn bra and armpit fat!! im so thankful for this workout because before nothing seemed to work. it also helped A LOT with my posture!! thank you masumi!!

Okay, I'm doing this for 2 weeks! (I'll do it 2 times a day)

Day 1 ✅: Already feeling better ! My back seems more straight and idk how but I'm starting to get the 90 degree shoulders-
Day 2 ✅: sksksjiakwmsk you won't believe but my collar bones are slightly visible!! I'm screaming rn 😭💜, no changes in arms tho but srsly I'm so happy. (if u gonna ask why I did day 2 update in a single day, so that because I did this yesterday as well, but I forgot to write so-)
Day 3✅: Okay.i have lost a lil back fat and I see slight changes in my arms too 😌
Day 4: I dunno how. It's just affecting my whole upper body. My chest feels smaller. 🤧
Day 5: THE WAY MY BACK HAS GOT SO FLEXIBLE IS JUST- IM CRYING
Day 6: ❌ Didn't get time, sorry ❌
Day 7 ✅: Visible changes in my arm

Results: Tbh, im satisfied with the results.
•Straight back
•Slimmer than before arms
•Smaller and lifted chest
•Visible collar bones

(I didn't get time for a few days)
Day 8✅: idk what to say
Day 9✅:I CAN freakin see my collar bones. Not So much but before it was like it didn't exist.
Day 10✅: My arms are less plumpy
Day 11✅: lost a bit more backfat
Day 12✅: mY bAcK iS sO fLeXibLe aNd sTraIgHt aS WeLL
Day 13✅: My arms are now bootiful (they aren't very slim but it's BETTER)
Day 14:✅

Final results:
• Straight back
•Not VERY slim but slim arms
•Flexible backeu
•Visible collar bones
•Hardly any back fat left.
•Almost 90° shoulder
•Smaller lifted chest

Honestly, this is easy and effective, Ima continue this for more time, but please note that this worked for me, doesn't mean it'll work for you. Coz everyone has a different body type.

I'm thinking of doing this for 2weeks. Starting from today!

Day 1: Done! I felt like I'll lose my arms. My back hurts lol

Day 2: DONE!! My back is sweating lol

Day 3: DONE! My back hurts terribly🙂

Day 4: Done!! It's actually really impressive cz it's just a 3min video and so effective and just makes my back sweaty!!

Day 5: Done!

Day 6: Done!

Day 7: Done! Today my back hurts..

Day 8: Done!

Day 9: Done! The back hurting is in progress👍

Day 10: Done!

Day 11: Done! My lower hurts more

Day 12: Done!

Day 13: Done!

Day 14: Done! Tbrh I see very lil change but still I'll do it for 2months more

I'm going to try and track my progress
(Btw I'm using wrist weights and have a lot of back fat and really poor posture, let's see how this goes 😁)
Day 1: it was tiring but I could really feel the burn
Day 2: I was a bit sore from the day before, still could feel the burn. My back feels like there is less pressure? (Not sure how to explain it)
Day 3: not much difference but my posture does feel better

(Thank you for the support 🥰, I'll keep updating daily!)

Edit: it’s been a year .-. Anyway, back to trying this again. Hopefully I can do this consistently

I did this twice today, morning and evening
2nd day---
3rd day--- I will still do this tonight but I just have to say that THIS EXERCISES ACTUALLY IT IMPROVED MY POSTURE AND I DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE IT UNTIL SOMEONE TOLD ME MY POSTURE IS GREAT NOW. THIS IS IT I will continue doing this because I am really happy with the changes I'm seeing.
4th day-- I think i skipped because I was busy?
5th day-- I feel the and my posture improved in just 3mins again and I'll continue doing this!!!!

Thank you for this workout! I'm a student, I have terrible back pain and I can't stand up straight. I felt a little pain while doing these exercises but I hope it will go away soon. I hope it will improve my posture and relieve the pain
