I am Very Grateful for your vast knowledge of the muscles & especially happy that you talked about the Hernia & the fact that internal breathing (which i knew tightens the underlying muscles too) and then Holding that breath to flex onto a crunch ...I have confidence that i will get my stomach in great shape ❤️New Subscription 10/28/21 😘👌🏽
