To lose weight, eat less move more
To lose bodyfat, eat less (only eat protein rich foods) and move more
To lose bodyfat and gain muscle,
eat less (only eat protein rich foods) move more and train bodybuilding
Eat foods like
Fish, steak potatoes, rice, chicken, protein shakes, eggs, egg whites and other meats
You can also eat those while bulking l, just eat bigger servings
For training, do these exercises

For biceps, do hammer curls incline curls and normal curls
For triceps: skull crushers, rope tricep pushdown and close grip pushups
For chest: incline dumbbell bench press at 30 degrees

Kings and Queens, if you are wanting to lose fat go into a calorie deficit. Sure the advice given in this video may help, but by eating less and less fatty foods your body will be forced to burn fat, which in general is much more effective and efficient. A good thing to remember is working out will not get rid of fat, it gets rid of calories and helps build muscle. If you want to build muscle the best advice that I can give is look on the back of food labels, generally if the fat percentage is around half or lower of the protein percentage it's a good food to eat. The protein will help you build muscle. In no time you'll see progress, I assure you of that. However while a calorie deficit is good your body will get used to it and plateau, so make sure to eat a little more over weekends and alternating weeks to prevent plateauing and continue your fat loss. I hope this helps anyone who is reading this. By following these general rules I've lost about 6 pounds so far, although I'm not a professional on the topic I'm just citing what helped me 😊. If you want some more info or a more personalized set of rules I recommend using a calorie calculator online to determine your course of action, or maybe watch a few trusted YouTubers who are professionals on the topic 😁👍.
