very well explained videos! But I must say these are basic pilates excercises. In fact, some of them are pre-pilates excercises! Weight lifters arre always avoiding pilates classes. Perhaps they should find a good pilates teacher who uses fascial connections. I am glad you're getting it out there, though.

Hi Guys, I love your videos, they are really informative. Can I ask a question? for your ab exercise videos you say not not lower the legs as its just the hip flexors that are working, as the core is not connected to the legs. I know Stephanie mentions that this is working the tva, is this because the pelvis is moving as she lowers her leg down and the tva is attached to the pelvis ? Thanks in advance
