This is a low impact workout, but DONT BE FOOLED! It really whooped my butt and I know you're about to get the same fat burn in like I did! All you have got to do is get up and get moving.

I know its difficult to get your body moving sometimes, but once you start, girl; you're not going to want to stop. Movement has a way of giving
us the energy that we didnt even know we could have.

And that's what we are doing today, were not getting all fancy and getting down to the nitty gritty of what the name of the exercise is, or how many reps and sets...we are simply MOVING together. Thats what you need to do to see your goal happen! Find ways to move daily, and actually enjoy it so that you keep on wanting to come back to it.

This workout is going to challenge you; its 60 minutes in total (including the post-workout stretch), and yes there will be times where you want to stop and quit. In that moment, remember your goal, remember why you are doing this for yourself and you may be able to find the inspiration and motivation to keep pushing.

If its too much, the first, second, even third time around...its okay! Give yourself time! Slowly work your way up to the 4.5 MILE WALK even with some of my other videos from my "walk with jo" playlist.

I’m a guy and for years I’ve been dealing with depression and been in various sports and gyms. A friend told me about your videos, and at first, ngl, I thought it was only for girls but I gave it a try. I just know that this made me feel so much better and I’m definitely going to start following it everyday.

I did this workout 3 times a week for 2 and a half months and lots a total of 6kgs 🎉 From 58kgs to 52kgs. I have asthma and usually struggle with any workouts I do. But THIS workout, I somehow could pull through. Thanks Jo ❤️ You changed my life for the better ❤

Tip: I watch a movie or a long commentary youtube video while working out, you literally won't even realize when it's over and it feels so rewarding later

Started up with this routine again and I have faithfully stuck with it for 34 days now. Usually take one day off out of 7. Down 20 pounds and inches unsure, but I know clothes fit me I couldn't get into before. Love this workout. Thank you

I just finished this entire workout. My apple watch reads 571 Active calories 740 total calories in this one hour period. I paused every 15 minutes for a 2 minute rest but I finished the entire thing. Thank you Jo!

6/5/23 this is by far my favorite workout. I stopped at 51:00 and already got 4 miles and burned 625 calories. (Apple Watch) I started with Jo back in March 2022 and I’m down 65 pounds. I swear by her walking workouts!!! Love them!!!!

Progress: I started with Jo's walking workouts on March 23 with 200 lbs / 91 kg.
17th April 21: 192 lbs / 87, 5kg
14th March: 189lbs / 86kg (I cheated a little bit with pizza and chocolate lol)
(Next comment in June)
June 6th : 188lbs 85.5kg😊
July 17th : 185lbs 84, 5kg

Sorry guys, I had personal problems lol!
It's August 28th 2022 now and I reached 165lbs/75kg. I did a workout break in winter but I started again in spring 2022

I’m a 16 year old girl who hates working out. I’ve always wanted something to make me sweat and feel like I’ve done something and you did just that. You give me motivation and I love it. I’ve never done a 1 hour work out ever and this was perfect. I don’t really comment on videos but thank you jo, I love you and your videos keep it up. ❤️

This is the LONGEST workout I have EVER done. I pushed myself with this one and I am so proud. Last week the longest workout I had done was your 52 minute walking workout. I can’t stop telling myself how proud I am of me!! I am so freaking happy.

Oh and I burned 680 calories with this workout. So your calorie burn definitely depends on the effort you are putting in.

So I’ve been doing this workout all week and each time I tell myself that I’ll only do 30 minutes or till I burn 400 calories, then you do the next move and I’m like “I can do that” and just keep doing that till I finish the whole thing

I️ did.this one with my husband today and he was SHOOK! Lmao. Sweating his butt off!
