10000 Step FAST Walking Workout | 1 Hour Fat Burning Endurance

yes, you read that right! 10,000 steps we are doing together today! Its going to test your endurance, and its going to be intense, but don't you worry I have input some water break checkpoints in there to help you check in with yourself and as a marking point for where you can come back to the workout and try to surpass it!

If you're committing to doing the full 10,000 steps with me today, make sure that you have a cushy mat or shoes to protect your soles. This is a long walk and will take some extra effort from your calves and pressure in your feet.

As always, take this workout at your own pace. I personally like to stay on beat to keep my body moving but if you are unable to follow the beat, its totally okay! Find your own beat, your own style, your own groove!

In the period of Dec22-Feb22 I’ve lost 18lb of weight, 5 inches off of waist and staggering 7 inches off of lower belly. I was eating right and consistently working out with Jo 3+ hours a week. I was doing mostly cardio abs workouts and sometimes strength workouts but with body weight only. I’ve been on a weight-loss journey for few months, but only after finding Jo that I’ve fell in love with exercising! Now I don’t stop and I won’t stop. I’m eternally grateful 💜

First thing I do when I wake up is hydrate and do Jo's 1 hour 17 minutes burn out. I finish it. All of it. I've lost a total of 14.5kg in 3 months. Thanks Jo

I haven't seen any guys comment here, so I guess I'll be the first. Back in February, I experienced a serious nosebleed incident that required a week-long hospital stay. Thanks to God, I made a speedy recovery and avoided surgery, much to the doctors' surprise. Since then, intensive cardio has caused my nose to run, so I've been cautious. I've always loved walking, but intensive cardio wasn't my favorite.

Recently, I discovered Jo and decided to take control of my health. I'm now in my second week and determined not to feel sorry for myself or sluggish anymore. Cheers to everyone on their journey!

in two months I've already lost 10 kg(22lb)!!!!

So initially I thought “Well I’ll probably do about 30 minutes & see how I feel.” 30 minutes turned into 45 minutes & before I knew it, it said “WORKOUT COMPLETE” & I just could not believe it‼️ I actually completed an hour workout & FELT GOOD!!!! THIS MEANS SOOOO MUCH TO ME because I suffer from a debilitating autoimmune disorder!! Jo….U just don’t know how Ur helping to change my life💕💕💕

Reading everybody's comments makes me feel so proud of y'all lol

Anyway, I wanted to share my story, I hope it inspires whoever reads it.
I'm 17, I've been bullied so much in the past, I've been fatshamed by my own mother, father and older sister. When I was 10, I was so insecure in my own body and grew disgusted of it. At 11 I decided I wanted to lose weight, I remember working out with my mom (who also wanted to lose weight) and with my younger sister (who just did it to have fun lol), but it was like a yo-yo effect, sometimes we would just finish eating and my mom would be like "we have to lose weight" and then we'd workout for a week or so and stop for a couple months cause we couldn't make it a habit.
Food wise nothing changed, we still ate lots of oil and salt and I had a problem which was that if I knew that no one was watching me I would eat sooo many snacks (the amount of sandwiches and chocolate I used to eat is scary).

Fast forward to 5 years later (summer 2020) I started doing some more research, wrote the exact snacks I would eat in a day and did a mix of HIIT, weights workouts and discovered Jo alongside other dance workouts.
I still didn't love working out and it was hard to get back to it after a rest day but I saw results. School started and everything went downhill again. I had that yo-yo effect again and the results I was starting to see (more defined abs) went away.
Fast forward to October-November 2021, I decided that to get back into it I would only do Jo's workouts and a couple other dance workouts (particularly a dance workout with the music of In the heights that I LOVE). I ended up LOVING working out everyday, and started easing back in into HIITs. Food wise, it's also been better, I found out that with the pre and post workouts snacks I'm usually feeling satisfied enough and I also realized that restrictions only made things worse.
I'm starting to see results again, not only are my abs more defined but I'm FEELING GREAT AND STRONGER and that is everything that matters.

Moral of the story : I realized the most important thing was to love my body and to feel amazing everyday not just to lose weight. I've been feeling like I'm glowing lately mentally and physically and I'm so happy for the things that are coming. Today I'm choosing health over esthetics.

Thank you Jo, your smile and your workouts have made me fall in love with workouts when I needed it the most.

Let me tell you I CRIED! When I finished that last 40 seconds of football feet/ fast feet, whatever it is called, and Jo stoped and pointed at the camera and said, "You did it!". I lost it and cried. Thank you for pushing me to finish Jo❤

I started 2.5months back when i was struggling to even exercise for 3mins. I was going through a rough patch in my life, suddenly i started watching your videos and felt so motivated. But once I started in the beginning it was so difficult for me. then slowly I increased the time from 3mins to 5mins then 15 and now I can workout for 1hr. In the last 2months I lost 9kgs from 84kgs to 75kgs. I can't thank you enough love. May God bless you with all the happiness❤❤

I’ve always felt so insecure showing my arms but the other day I finally felt confident wearing a tank top!!😭😭 I’ve noticed such a huge difference doing your workouts since December! my arms are much more toned and my abs are slowly making an appearance!! Another great one!! Around six months ago i was doing your workouts almost every day, but then i got sick and needed to go on chemo so i had no energy to do it anymore. But 1, 5 weeks ago i had my last chemo and soon i will be starting again and i cant wait!! Will have to take it slow but im looking forward to built it up! Keep them coming Jo!!

My first day . I literally don’t do nothing but sit around all day and watch Netflix . Literally ALL DAY . But I’m determined to lose 30 pounds before my birthday . Today i was only able to complete 20 mins . But since it’s my first day being active i won’t be so hard on myself . I’ll be back tomorrow and the aim is at least half . By the end of the week i should be able to complete the entire video . I’ll be doing this for the next 30 days to build my endurance for other workouts

Best workout!! It's fairly low intensity w very little plyo movements. I didn't walk 10k steps (I averaged 7k) BUT I BURNED 700cal!!!! I was able to maintain a "fat burn" heart rate the whole video. Will 100% be doing this workout again!!

Jo, I canceled my membership to the gym due to covid. It's been almost 2 weeks since I've started your exercises. Because of the authenticity, and consistency you constantly bring its been keeping me accountable and making come back to workout. Thank you so much for your sacrifice you give to us.
