Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This guided yoga nidra starts with a breathing technique taught by Dr. Andrew Huberman from Huberman Labs. His research from Stanford shows that this particular breathing technique calms the nervous system and is the quickest way to activate the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response.

In this yoga nidra guided meditation to relax you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system, It’s a 25 minute yoga nidra guided relaxation for stress relief. This guided meditation includes a relaxation technique that I learned from Andrew Huberman which is the double inhale long exhale breath. It’s a 25min yoga nidra script lead by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga that is perfect for stress management. Lay down, relax, rest and meditate all at the same time!

This 25 minute yoga nidra with gentle binaural beats aids in deep relaxation through the effortless guided meditation of yoga nidra (nidra meaning sleep). When listening to the relaxing music, let yourself relax and be guided into a deep state of effortless meditation. This short and effective 25min yoga nidra is lead by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga. This meditation is designed to untangle and reduce stress and anxiety and calm the nerves over time.

I am on a 10 hour plane ride which is only part of a 37 hour trip to Thailand to do a yoga retreat. I had a completely horrible anxiety attack as soon as we took off and immediately regretted taking the trip at all. I’m still debating whether I have it in me to make the rest of the trip or fly home immediately, but your videos have helped me so much. I listened to this video first and it took me out of the extreme torturous trapped feeling. Thank you so much ♥️

I have always been a very light sleeper, and therefore a very poor sleeper. Your yoga Nidra sessions have changed my sleep drastically. I often don’t finish them consciously because I fall asleep. But I know my subconscious was eased as I have such restful, uninterrupted sleep and wake up lighter. Last night, I did this one for the first time. Didn’t even get up to pee. Closed my eyes…woke up with the sun from a deep, heavenly sleep. Thank you, Ally. Your work is healing. ❤

Hi Ally,
Thank you so much for this 5 day immersion. This could not have come at the right time for me as I am feeling a bit wobbly and have no idea what could have triggers the wobbliness. As a YNTT student this is worrisome and I know this 5 day immersion will bring me back to a regulated NS with a lot of calm and soothing. This is my day 1 of the 5 days and I do feel a slight improvement.

Hey Ally, I discovered you through a recommendation from a family member, I have chronic depression and anxiety and have been really struggling lately, but listening to you really helps and has not only made me feel more calm but sleep a little better too. I stumbled across NSDR and through the huberman podcast and after several weeks of practice I am really starting to feel the benefits. trapped in a state of hyper alertness combined with exhaustion due to past trauma resetting the nervous system is of great utility to me.

You have helped me in so many ways its hard to know where Id be without your recordings. I have insomnia, anxiety, frequent urination caused by the anxiety and depression. Needless to say I dont get restful sleep and am usually dragging feet the entire day. Ive come to accept things as they are instead of fighting it. I do what I can to help myself and let go of the things I cant control. One of the things I can control is practing yoga nidra and it has been such a help. I just wanted to share my appriciation and gratitude towards what you have so graciously shared with the world.
