Just wanna share and let you know that by continuing doing your our work out I think I'm doing well. last May 2022 before I started your work out I was 67kg and I continue motivating myself that I can make it, last August 2022 my weight is 53kg and my waist is 28... And update for this month of January after our annual medical for health at work, my weight is 50kg and my waist is 27... And I'm so happy about what's the results is... I made this account to keep a track of my fitness journey with Mizi’s videos. I quitted gym last week because of financial reasons and started her program on Monday.
First of all, THANK YOU!! I did home workouts during the lockdown from different channels but your videos are so fun and amazing.
Sometimes people ask for how the process is going so let me start by writing down my measurements:

I’m 50 kgs and have 17.8 kgs of muscle and 16.5 kgs of fat

Mizi, having been born with arthritis and as I age my range of motion has become more and more limited. I started a gym journey a year ago to strengthen my body, but I easily injure myself and then have to find workarounds or modifications. But your workouts are so arthritis-friendly AND asthma-friendly. Your music is great too! Thanks for your workouts, they are refreshing for a person who has always had limits!

THIS IS NOW OFFICIALLY MY FAVORITE AB WORKOUT !
I was feeling pretty intense burn the whole time but still managed to do all of the exercises without break which is the best feeling ! When I don't feel the burn I feel like I didn't really exercised my abs and when it's too hard and I can barely do it the I feel bad and my motivation goes down horribly.

Did this for the first time today. This workout is so much fun. 👏👏👏🌟🎉🎉 The moves are so varied and unique. Very creative and innovative workout.
