I do this daily combined with a 30 minute cardio workout, so 45 minute workout a day. I feel super! Also when the weather is nice, I walk outside combined with my other 2 workouts.

Hi, Roberta, been doing this for 6 days and on the fourth day, i already noticed difference on my butts, thanks to you, though no improvement yet on my round stomach 😂😂😂 but will keep on doing this everyday with lots of patience. I started doing Roberta s gym excercises from march 17, 2021 and on 18 July when i went to see my weight i was a little scared, like i started maintaining my diet and along with excercises i walked for 12km daily..and now my weight is 67kg...it was 78kg on march...i am very much satisfied with the results..Thanks Roberta's gym for these videos, they are really helpful 😊❤️

Okay I've done it for two days.
I'm going to do it for 7 days, every morning.
By the way I'm doing it 2 times a day.
Gonna update it every 2 days.
Day one : done
Day two : done
Day three : done
Day four : done ( I decided to do it for 14 days so I will keep updating, can't wait for it to reach the end and so I can see the result ^^ )
Day five : done
Day six : done
Day seven : done ( there's no big result seen yet, but Im about to keep going until the 14th days )
