I’m a truck driver of 26 yrs. I’m tiny and all my driver friends said I’d be fat in a year. I do these exercises while driving. Still weigh 115 lbs and my tummy after 4 kids and a hysterectomy is flatter with better abs then most in their 20’s.

WOW!!! I’m literally in tears right now because when I injured my back, I haven’t been able to exercise like I use to. I went from someone who had no problem with exercise or weight gain to NOTHING!! Everything stopped. I was able to do these exercises, not feel any back pain afterwards AND felt the burn!!!! With my new diet (keto) and these moves, I actually feel hopeful for the first time in 5 year!!!! Thank you for sharing! God is GOOD!!🙏🏾
