I don't know why but the fact that she zoomed in on her legs when they were shaking gave me a lot of confidence in the fact that my legs were shaking like cRAZY too so I must be doing something right. She never fails to point out that she's also human and these things are normal.

Omg I’m a former athlete of 16 years and in really good shape. I ran earlier today but DAMN! I had to pause this at 5 minutes and 30 seconds bc my ass was getting beat!

Omg I literally just did the workout and of course I needed some breaks. But if you need them-take them, because we all know that Cassey is a pro. She's exercising for many years and don't feel guilty for taking those breaks. ALSO I LOVE how Cassey always has something to talk about and it makes it easier to workout out. I can only imagine how hard it is to talk through that pain and find what to talk about haha. And if you feel bad about the way your body looks stop it! You're beautiful even though u are underweight or overweight. If you work hard you will get your dream body, but that's not the point! You should workout to feel good, healthy and energized (there's alot of things why you should workout). And after working out alot you will feel so strong and amazing TRUST ME! And if you still don't feel confident about your body don't compare yourself to others because we are all completely different and the most important thing is being healthy and anyone can ne healthy! I have tried 5 different youtube channels and find her the best, you can actually feel the burn in the specified area with REAL results.

I had to pause a couple times, especially at the beginning with the plie pulses, but I got through the whole thing!! My legs are dying now and I'm definitely going to be sore tomorrow, but it's all good. I love it! ❤️
EDIT: 5 months later I DID THE WHOLE THING WITHOUT STOPPING ONCE!!!
