The rain and lush green in the back were so soothing- almost my favourite background so far. Loved all about this workout. The perfect amount of everything. My daughter walked in whilst I was pushing through the side plank series..., when she realized it, she quickly said:"Sorry Nicole!" This is how much you belong to our week...😅my kids apologize to you when they interrupt...thank you as always!

I don't consider myself advanced by any means but I was shocked at how well I pushed through!! Your encouraging words throughout the video definitely played a role, as always. Absolutely loved the diversity in the different movements!!! Thank you for helping me develop a better relationship with exercise <3

I have tried SOOO many different workouts to hiit, dumbbells, abs, butt workouts, cardio, and traditional strength training. Pilates by far is the only workout I actually get excited for! Nicole has made me so motivated to get up early and move my body!! grateful for these workouts!!

Love your focus on breath instead of being in the pose for a certain period of time. Helps to connect the mind and body in the movements and if you are taking deep breaths, it adds a nice challenge to sync it up! Great job!

I would love more videos like this, as well as more 15 min morning stretch videos! I aim to do a morning stretch and a 25-30 min session several evenings a week and love being able to switch up the videos to keep it interesting! I love how strong and grounded your workouts make me feel, both physically and mentally.

Love the teaser variations and the stretch at the end was wonderful!! The Intermediate/Advanced workouts are my favorite. Hard work, but soothing and centering for mind and body. Thank you Nicole!!
