Let me comment honestly I started my journey in April then I was 62 kg people used to call me fat though I was medium then I started my exercise with only warm ups many of you are thinking like where to start first start with her beginners workout then I started following 15 min by some youtube influencer which was not much effective next I did zumba for 1 month but I wanted more and found her I actually started exercising emi's videos in the month of July daily I used to to different half hour or 20 min exercise and on different areas like some day leg some day abs she has all type of exercises from July till today I have lost 7 kg many may think it's less but for me it's big and best part is her motivation which is the most important thing I stick to her tried many other exercise during her to some change but couldn't without her motivation and if you are in doubt to start lying in bed do start if you start once you cannot stop it much love emi from India ❤️❤️

Thanks for the workout 🙂 I'll do it for 30 days (with cardio exercises), and here is my schedule
Day 1 :✅ I get very sweaty and even now I can feel the burn.
Day 2 : ✅ It's easier than yesterday but I get sweaty again
Day 3 : ✅ My legs are hurting soooo much this was the hardest day that I've did
Day 4 : ✅
Day 5 : Rest Day
Day 6 : ✅ I did this after 20 minutes of running and I feel kinda dead now. And already three people are following my progress!! Thank you so much you just gave me motivation right now
Day 7 : ✅
★ Soo it's been a week and my legs got slim like 2cm (i didn't measure it, it's just my eyes). I can garantee you this is actually a "killer burn". If you are suspicious about it, just don't!! Bc this workout works🥳 (if you're wondering i am on a diet too)
WEEK 2
Day 8 : ✅ I think I can't make this for 30 days cuz I'm so dead but NO I WON'T GIVE UP AND YOU WON'T GIVE UP TOO.
Day 9 : ❌ I couldn't do it because I wasn't feeling well.
Day 10 : ✅
Day 11 : ✅ Done! But I'm sooo tired and I can't find motivation :(
Day 12 : Rest Day

Starting workout after huge gap, updating here will keep me motivated to keep coming back to this
Day1: tiring but finished it and felt really good
Day2 : i was shivering today
Day3 : still working on my balance. And there is a lot of pain in my leg too
Day4 : took good about of time to heal one day
Day5 : Today was so good, i had my balance back
Day6 : still doing
Day7: its going good
Day8 : break/ did arm workout
Day9: on it
Day10: i feel and i believe to see results soon
Day 11: its tiring as i combined with 2 more workouts
Day 12: uf. Taking day off

This is a challenge! Looking forward to being able to add the full 30 mins to my routine. Right now I'm doing 15 mins of this + 1 hr treadmill walking, daily. Thanks Emi for the great exercises, I have 0 back pain from these.

Ok hello everyone, I’m wanted to try this out for a month! So I wanna update what all changes I felt starting today! Thanks emi for this wonderful workout video!
Current weight: 51kg
Day 1: feel a lot a pain cuz it’s first day. Changes are that I sweat a lot and my legs hurt but that’s normal ig.
