It’s also known as a sumo squat. They’re killer and really good for glutes too! Also I would suggest one piece of advice, try switching out your running shoes for a flat surface shoes that’s got a hard sole. It helps balance yourself better to help concentrate the muscles better :)

I wish I'd kept up my ballet. I used to be good at it. These days, these thunder thighs won't do a plie! 😂
So simple warning: if you still can, don't stop; work even harder!

Anyone who has worked out seriously to develop muscles, such as quadriceps, would understand you are not promoting the quads. It's the inner thigh. And your inner thighs are the kind I want.

Oh I do these too. I incorporated them when I noticed the inner area of my leg wasnt growing with my excercises.
I do do normal squats and stuff, but wasnt enough.

This also helped me when trying to build strength while also building depth.. Something that also helped me was to remember to keep 3 points of contact on the ground, big toe pinky toe, and heals.. when pressing from the ground, keep these three points on the floor and push out with knees.. imagine your tearing the ground or a piece of paper in half.. Hopefully this makes sense and helps someone out💯💪🏽

This brings me back to ballet class, i quit 3 months ago cause the class was getting too hard but j really like ballet just not the class i was in😭

Not me doing this every ballet class lol
(Also make sure when your doing this that your posture is completely straight, and that your turning out your inner thighs for better results)
