I finished this workout a minute ago and I'm just speechless. This is the most unusual workout I've ever done. Like really. Wow. It looks not that hard at first, but I'm so sweaty now and I felt every exercise. My legs are shaking. I would also like to note how you did these exercises. So calm and graceful. It's pure magic. As a 50-something dental hygienist I LOVE these standing low impact Pilates I cannot put a lot of weight on my hands and wrists. There is no getting up and down off the floor, no repeat. You really work up a sweat.

It has the simplicity of a smartphone HIIT workout app but with Eleni's pleasant demeanour to make it easier to get through the time. This one so far is my favourite. High intensity workout with no jumping.

Wow what a fabulous Pilates workout. I have some health issues but with this being all standing I was able to follow along without have to modify. Many thanks for the workout and being able to have an instructor as elegant and graceful as you.

Never underestimate the power of Pilates I'm doing Pilates for the first time before this I was just doing workouts but today after doing this I'm sweating badly even the weather is not hot at all I feel like I'm gonna throw up and cry...But it's fine I'm grateful that I decided to do Pilates and I found this and I'm gonna do this until I found no difficulties thank you<3

Im having a one sided low back pain since 3 days ago after deadlifting gone wrong and it's irritating, I felt limited.. During this video, some movement stimulates the tight sensation on my affected lower back, but then subsides after some repetition, then after this video I feel my lower back pain is subsiding and my hip mobility is improving 😳Thank you for the vids, I think I'll try your other standing pilates vids ❤
