153 days of daily yoga. This is the longest Ive stuck to any healthy regime. Thank you my beautiful teacher, friend, angel 💕 btw I hurt my right shoulders, back from that 1 arm tapping plank move from last weeks yoga for sensitive knees. Today, its healed and I actually felt really strong doing it ^_^ just 1 of the numerous improvements I got from YWA

Lately I've been visualizing my mat as my life boat. I am the captain and Adriene is my North Star. Everyday I get on my life boat I arrive at the shores of peace and love ( or at least close lol). Thank you Adriene for shining so bright! 🙏💗

It's funny isn't it, I didn't used to like core practices. But now I find they help give me that little bit more confidence. I have struggled all my life with self-esteem. I was bullied a lot as a child, and didn't have the easiest of childhoods. But after doing daily yoga alongside you, for one year 332 days, I feel more confidence coming in. I won't let people control my life, or treat me badly anymore. I am worth so much more then that! ❤ so thank you so much Adriene, for helping me to see this, and for always having my back. I did my best with this one today.
I didn’t have the energy in me (not feeling 100%) but glad I still came to the mat today. 10 days straight! 😊 Thank you! 🙏🏻💛

its been about a month since i started doing yoga every morning and night. i'm feeling a lot better about myself, i'm losing some weight, i'm getting better sleep, i'm better off mentally, i don't have back pains that often anymore, and my flexibility is back :D i should've started doing this a longgg time ago
i just wanna say thanks, i'm grateful for everything you've done.

So excited to be following the calendars this year, 2024. I'm in month 4, and even though I've done yoga sporadically my whole life, this is the longest streak I've done, so grateful. One small win, in January I could not do hero pose, and now I can. Daily practice changes lives. I could not do this without you Adriene, much love always!!
