I Come back to this flow every so often when I'm having trouble getting the mat out. Just enough to get me moving for the day. Sometimes I tack on another short flow. Always a good start 😊

As a begginer I thought this video was great for me. I like the very detailed guide through each pose, especially about what my feet and toes should look like/do. I liked the length of the video and the pace. Thanks so much!

Thank you for the quick Yoga routine. I've been replying to YouTube comments all day and was in need of a good stretch/wake-up for my body. They part around 4:27 felt *so* wonderful. I will be coming back to this short and sweet video many times for sure!
