Thank you Charlie. I only just found your challenge, I was looking for motivation and here you are. I will start my journey tomorrow. I am doing dry January and trying to beat my sugar addiction. Fingers crossed this will help get me on the right path. Namaste.

Today is day 365 of yoga for me! I did it. I made it!
I started this 30 day challenge again today. It is ideal for my “new to yoga still”practice. Nothing gets overlooked. I’m not choosing random videos to do everyday hoping I get a well rounded practice. At day 30 i feel the benefits of a planned curriculum. I am excited to see how this 30 days changes me!!

This was another dimension for me. I finished the other two 30-days yoga challenges on this channel, and this is completely different and new from the rest of it. I thought to myself how hard it could be? I finished the other two. Oh my oh my, this made me feel like a lizard that just peeled off of its skin, fantastic! I'm grateful that you are on this earth and supplying these videos for free. Thank you ♡ Everyday I still battle to start doing yoga, then I do it, follow your guidance, and it's over. I didn’t practice on a regularly base the last few weeks because of some mental health issues wich are very present atm. This class makes feel so good and get me out of my head while practicing. Thanks for your passion Charlie 🤍

I love how you teach things that make me feel super interested and challenged Everytime. And that make my family and friends who come down to yoga town while I’m doing it go OMG! Or what the bell?? Lol. I’m back to two a day after a week or two of missing half of the days evening practice. I feel strong and capable!

Thank you so much Charlie! I was looking for a more advanced practice that I used to do, seems like I found it. Couldn't follow a 100% through the transitions, but trying not to get too frustrated with it. Instead I'm very excited where this journey will take me. Thank you again, I'm in for the 30 days :))

This class was a BLAST!! Thanks Charlie! Some of the transitions were quick, but the repetition within each sequence helped me keep up. I'm so excited for the next 29 days!

Finally a yoga challenge that is in line with a more intermediate style of practice! I'm so excited to continue the rest of the challenge and think this will help so much with my daily practice! This flow was SO much fun and I laughed at myself a lot during the transitions. Thanks Charlie <3

I used to do yoga but for 1 year I couldn't and after a year found this and started day 1, have been practicising day 1 for 3 days and i finally finished it, its tough but worth it i feel happy and encouraged.

I know you get 1k+ thank yous, but here's another one, from an "overweight, inflexible, uncoordinated" beginner. I still enjoyed it even when I was stumbling and cussing and "imperfect" through every movement. Thanks for sharing yourself so that I could love myself (if that makes sense 😅)

Fun, powerful flow! I was bummed that there wasn’t a headstand opportunity since the image for the video is headstand, but I just added it on the end. I love the mindfulness in all of your movements and transitions.
